Your report is customized for the home inspected. It is delivered to you electronically and you have permanent access to your report and all reference material. You have the option of downloading your report and storing it on your computer, or printing the report.
The Home Reference Book and report is the most comprehensive in the industry with easy to understand reference material and detailed illustrations on home construction and home maintenance. Each of the nine systems – Roofing, Exterior, Structure, Electrical, Heating, Cooling, Insulation, Plumbing, and Interior – are detailed in your electronic report. In addition, your report includes a very useful home maintenance checklist to assist you in keeping your home in top condition.
